At the core of any event is the data. It is its lifeblood. We interact on many different levels with our participants. All roads lead through data entry and management.

We can help in a number of ways:

Bulk Data Entry Services

Apple will perform, in a timely manner, the computer entry of your participants from the race brochure they submit. Additionally, we will send a personal e-mail confirmation to all participants that provide an e-mail address. Currently, 65% to 75% of all mail-in entries are providing that information.

This e-mail is a custom message that can contain important and late breaking information from your event. It also provides a quick and easy way for the participant to proof read and correct any incorrect information or typos. Clean data...

We will also download your "online" entries directly from your vendor (Active.Com, SignMeUp.Com, Do-ItSports.Com, etc). These entries will be merged into the main database with mail-in and other sources (teams). Confirmation e-mails will be sent to these participants as well.

Custom reports can be written to track money collected, items ordered (Pasta dinners), classifications (Clydesdales, Survivors), T-shirt sizes ordered, etc. If we enter the information, we can track it and report it back to you.

Entries can be either sent to us directly or forwarded in batches from the race or lockbox provider. Apple is equipped to open, sort, segregate, and make the deposit to the bank if necessary.

Team Entry Services

In many of today's events, teams make up a very large percentage of the overall entries. Teams require special handling. Importantly, that special care runs from pre-registration all the way through post race wrap-up. Apple understands the importance of teams to your event's success. Many, many years of working with Komen Race for the Cure events have resulted in a special reverence for teams.

We can batch, bundle, and otherwise facilitate the efficient handling of team registrations, bibs, and packets. Apple can drop ship materials to team captains. We would be glad to work with captains of large teams to develop software or spreadsheets to help them track and manage their teams.

Race Packet Mailing

Also referred to as "fulfillment", many races have taken to mailing participant’s bib numbers and T-shirts. Apple has the warehouse, labor, and storage assets to receive and ship large volumes of race packets. We can label, stuff, seal, and ship on a daily basis. Centrally located, Dallas is one to three days from anywhere in the US.

Packet mailing is an excellent way to reduce the crush and chaos of packet pickup. It is also a good way to get your event shirt out in public well in advance of your event date. Helps generate interest and "buzz" about your race!
